Terms and Conditions

1. Your account

• A shop is opened after we approve its registration. You get your own address (for example yourshop.mobidesk.shop).
• You are responsible for your shop’s account and for the staff accounts you create: who has access, what they are allowed to do, and keeping passwords private.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

2. Subscription and payment

• MobiDesk is paid for by subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on our website or agreed with you in writing. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Subscriptions renew for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If a payment is not made, we will remind you first. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend the shop’s access until it is paid. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
• We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you before a change applies to you.

3. Refunds and cancellation

• First payment: if MobiDesk is not right for your shop, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• After that, payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time; your shop keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.

4. Your data

• The data your shop enters (stock, bills, customers, purchases, expenses and so on) belongs to you. We use it only to run MobiDesk for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to record your customers’ and sellers’ details, including getting a seller’s agreement before taking their photo.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time, including after you cancel. We keep a closed shop’s data for 60 days after cancellation and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

5. Using MobiDesk properly

• You are responsible for the bills you issue, including GST rates, HSN codes and filing your returns. MobiDesk helps you prepare bills but does not give tax or legal advice; check with your accountant.
• Use MobiDesk only for lawful business. Do not use it to trade stolen goods, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to access other shops’ data or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

6. Availability and support

• MobiDesk runs online and needs an internet connection. We work to keep it available at all times, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or problems outside our control, such as internet or hosting outages.
• We provide setup help and support by phone, WhatsApp or email during working hours.
• We may improve or change features over time. We will not remove core billing and stock features you rely on without notice.

7. Limits of our responsibility

MobiDesk is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using MobiDesk at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if these terms are seriously broken. In either case you can still ask for a copy of your data as described in section 4.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
